With more than two decades of experience across residential, commercial, heritage and complex building envelope projects, Oliver combines extensive practical construction expertise with professional surveying knowledge to deliver clear, evidence-based and commercially focused advice. His work includes defect investigations, roof condition surveys, moisture and condensation analysis, building fabric assessments, technical specification writing, project procurement and professional oversight of construction, repair and remedial works. His particular interest lies in understanding why buildings fail, identifying root causes and developing practical, proportionate solutions that protect the long-term performance of property assets.
